Paddington Station in London, where our train ride terminated. Not a beautiful station, but big and VERY budy!

This is a look inside the Globe Theatre. See all those people down on the floor? They're known as the Groundlings. They each paid £5 to watch "Richard III" and they have to stand the entire time. Oh, and if rains, TS! They currently allow up to 600 people, whereas in 1600 they'd try to fit up to 1100 people! Notice how the seats directly across from the stage are in sunlight. Those are NOT desireable seats, despite the fact they're directly in front.

A look at the stage at the Globe from our vantage point. We were on the third tier toward one side. The second tier in our location is considered the best seat in the house.
