LA Peeps - Go to the Bazaar Bizarre this Saturdat
The Bazaar Bizarre returns to Los Angeles this Saturday, December 16th at the Shrine Auditorium near USC in Los Angeles. It’s located at 700 West 32nd Street, Los Angeles 90007 and is open from 11am-7pm. $2 at the door.
If you’re looking for some creative gifts for family and friends, I suggest you check this place out. No, this isn’t one of those craft fairs where you can buy some wood and someone will burn your name into it. No, the stuff at this bazaar is just as its name suggests — bizarre! Last year I bought a good handful of gifts — a unique t-shirt for my friend Charles, a shirt for my sister Sharon, some very nice soy candles for my Mom, a Christmas ornament for myself and I’m sure a number of other items I’m completely forgetting. If I hadn’t done a lot of shopping already prior to going to the show, I probably would have purchased even more gifts.
It’s a great way to find some really unique gifts and pay directly to the artist — cut that WalMart middle-man out completely!
